How it works

Deliveries will only be made to qualified patients (18+), primary caregivers, reciprocal participants, or consumers aged 21+.

Minimum delivery order is $50 not including tax. Simply place your order. Choose a payment method and check out. You will have to provide ID. The courier will verify that the intended recipient's identity matches exactly with pre-verified identification and the person who placed the order.

You must provide a contact number that the driver can use to get in touch with you if need be. Make sure you have your ID ready to verify with the driver. The ID must match exactly with the pre-verified ID of the person placing the order.

For cash orders the driver will not leave the shop with your order until contact is made with you by phone.

The customer who placed the order must be present to sign for the delivery. If the customer at delvery does not match the pre-verified order details and photo ID the delivery will be canceled and returned to the retailer in compliance with NM law.

Places we can not deliver are schools and universities, churches, public buildings.
